CoWatch Quick Start Guide

1. Place CoWatch on charging cradle to charge. Align the pins on the cradle with the metal pads on the watch, and make sure watch stays tight on the cradle with no movement. You may be able to skip this step if the battery power is more than 50%.
2. Power on CoWatch by pushing the button on the right of watch case for at least 3 seconds.
3. Select language after the system boots up.
4. Download the CoWatch Companion application in the Google Play Store if you are using Android smartphone or Apple App Store if you are using iPhone. You can find the app links @http://co.crono.watch
5. Follow instructions in the CoWatch Companion application to pair the CoWatch with your companion phone.
6. Once setup is complete on the companion phone, connect the CoWatch directly to your WiFi network. Your watch will automatically take you to the WiFi settings screen. Choose your network from the list or click “Add network” to add your network by name. Enter your WiFi credentials via the keyboard which will open up on the companion phone.
7. Download and install a mandatory system update (including apps and watch faces) over WiFi or via Bluetooth tethering with your companion phone.
8. Once the mandatory system update is downloaded, reboot the CoWatch to install the update.

Congratulations! CoWatch is ready for use!

The Watch Face

The CoWatch (powered by Cronologics) focuses on the watch face as the primary source of interaction (note: the Alexa icon is the trademark of Amazon).

Swipe left and right to change modes and show new containers (apps).

Swipe up from the bottom edge to reveal settings.

Hold the setting and swipe down to go back to watch face.

Swipe down from the top edge to display the current notifications.

Tips

• Double tap the screen to wake up the display from “Always-on” low power display mode to normal watch face mode with apps.

• Push hard button to go into “Always-on” low power display mode.

• Touch and hold on CoWatch logo on the watch face to go into watch face selection screen, swipe left or right to view different watch face, click any one you like to enable that watch face.

• Touch and hold on container on the watch face to go into apps selection screen, swipe left or right to view different apps, click any one you like to enable that app on the container.

Troubleshooting

My CoWatch cannot turn on:

Try to place CoWatch on the charging cradle to charge first to make sure there is enough battery to power up. Hold on the hard button on the right for at least 3 seconds to power up.

Screen freeze, no response by touch or swipe:

The screen goes into sleep mode automatically after a while if no operation. Push the hard button on the right to activate the display.

I cannot find the CoWatch Companion phone application:

Search for CoWatch in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or use the links available at: http://co.crono.watch

My CoWatch cannot be seen in the CoWatch Companion application during Bluetooth pairing:

Restart the CoWatch by holding the power button for 10 seconds. The device will become visible after reboot.

I cannot connect to WiFi:

Move close to your WiFi access point and repeat the WiFi setup process. Select the WiFi SSID on the CoWatch and then enter the password in the CoWatch Companion application. Ensure that the CoWatch and companion phone are connected via Bluetooth.

Note: CoWatch does not support 5Ghz Wifi, only 2.4Ghz.

I cannot pair the CoWatch to the CoWatch Companion app on my phone:

The CoWatch is compatible with iOS devices with iOS version 8.2+ and Android 5.0+. If you do not have a device that meets these requirements, contact support.

Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Reboot both the CoWatch and companion phone.
